- Who can become your user? Am I suitable for using this site?
In order to judge if you can be our customer, please try to answer following questions, if your answer is ‘Yes’ to any of the questions, then our service will be just for you.
- Do you have something to be shipped form one place to another place and you want to save your freight? In the mean time, you have no time to call tens of shippers to find the best shipping charge.
- Are you a carrier, a transportation company or a shipping agent and you want to find shipping task for your firm or vehicles? And also do you want to fully use your back haul or empty load capacity for your vehicles?
- Are you insurance agent who wants to find more and more business for freight insurance?
- Do you want to advertise your business in a highly targeted global transportation directory? And you hope to minimize your advertising cost. Or you just don’t want to pay anything, but you want to make your firm known all over the world.

- What is the distinct feature of your service?
We have extensively designed our system to make it fully functional, and there are a lot of distinctive
features for you to use, such as General Tender/Bid, Back Load/Empty Load Tender/Bid,
User Rating System, Email Alerts, Global Transport and Logistic Directory (GTLD) and so on…In order to fully use our services, please create your account and just take time to be familiar with it. Our registration is totally free.

- How much do you charge for using your service?
For our Global Transport & Logistic Directory, it is absolutely free to list your company in our directory.
For the tender service, most of other similar websites will charge certain percentage of contract value from the winning service provider, and the percentage is usually between 5% to 8%. We regard this charge is very unreasonable, because it will increase your bidding price and will finally increase the freight cost. The advantage of tendering will completely disappear in this process.
Our charge for service is as follows:
1) It is completely free to lodge freight tender completely;
2) We will charge 2 US$ per bid, just cost of a cup of coffee.
3) If you become our paid member, you will have thousands of free bids opportunity,
and it will be totally enough for the whole membership period.

- Why do we advertise in your site? And how much is the fee?
In order to help your company become known globally, we have carefully designed our advertising system. Because we are highly targeted transportation website, most of our visitors are shipping related. Which means your advertisement will only be exposed to most relevant visitors.
Secondly, you don’t need to worry about the advertising cost. All of our advertisements are PPC (Pay Per Click) ads (both banner and text ads), no click no pay. If you are the first advertiser, you will be lucky enough to use lowest bidding amount to get the best position.
We have also filtered out clicks from the same IP address, which means same click from the same IP address won’t be calculated twice. Also your own click will never be counted. Besides that, we allow you to set your targeted market, and finally our detailed click report will be a very nice tool for you to track your visitors. We believe all these features will help you to use least amount of money to achieve the best result.

- Is it difficult to use your service?
Not at all. Just spend two minutes to register your account, it is absolutely free, and then using ONE account, you can do all the actions through it.

- How do you help me to fulfill my back haul or empty load.
We have thousands of shipping brokers and users who visit our website regularly. If you tender your backhaul or empty load route, capacity, date time on line, these relevant users will send you bids for your empty load. These reversed tenders will help you to get highest price for your empty load.

- How do we know that there are new tenders available?
We send email alerts to your email address regularly. The default setting is to send all the new tender notices to your email account, if you regard some are unnecessary, you can set up your email alert criteria and in this way, only the most relevant tenders will be sent to your email.

- If I have no internet to check my email, how do we know my tender has new bids?
As tender or bidder, you can enable the SMS service for new bids or over bidding notification. In this case, you can receive SMS message with your mobile phone. Our SMS service is also very cheap for you.

- What is Global Transport and Logistic Directory?
Our GTLD is a totally independent manually edited directory. All the listings are approved by our editor after checking its authenticity. In order to guarantee its high quality and reliability, we reserve right to edit or refuse submitted list request.

- Can I be listed in your GTLD if I have no website?
Only listing request with real website will be listed in our directory. If you have no website, you can use our Home Page Generating System, by which, you can have your internet homepage in just 5 minutes. We charge 45 USD per year as your hosting and maintaining fee, which includes your subdomain name and email address with us.

- Is that possible to have a trial period before making payment?
Sure. We will issue 20 free bids when you first join in, you can use these free bids to bid tenders, lodge and bid empty load tenders. After these free bids, you will have already won one or more projects through us, and then you can make formal purchase.

- What payment do you accept?
We now only accept PayPal payment. For security reason, you don’t need to provide us with any of your secret information, such as your bank account or credit card information. You can absolutely trust PayPal, one of the world largest and most reliable online payment method.

- Do you solve world time difference?
Yes, we have carefully designed our system in order to synchronize the time in different countries. In order to accurately use our system, you MUST accurately select your time zone, and also you need to check/uncheck the summer time option. We are NOT responsible for the time difference error if you did not set up your own time zone and summer time correctly.

- Can I have multiple accounts with different user name?
We do NOT recommend multiple accounts, and that is why we designed our system to allow one user to realize all the functions with just one account. But
it is up to you to create multiple accounts. If you have multiple accounts, 1) All your feedback and rates will not be propagated to other accounts; 2) You may not receive the bonus bids for the second account.

- How can I know you have new tenders available?
We have designed an emall alert system for you. As new registered user, you have email alert for all the tenders.

- How can you guarantee that our tenders or directory listing will be exposed to largest possible number of users?
In order to make your listing in our GTLD or tenders to be indexed or found
by largest possible number of users world wide, we have designed a group of websites, which means all these
websites are linked with each other and they all have identical contents. If you list your company or lodge tender in one of these sites,
they will be automatically populated into all the other sites simultaneously. In this case, you don't need
to repeat your entrance but have the same contents in a group of similar websites.

- Can I refund if I am not satisfied with your service?
It depends on what payment you have made. Your payment for advertisement and SMS service can be refunded if
you still have balance left in your account. In order to proceed your requirement,
please Contact Us by
selecting Billing Issue, and also please indicate clearly what category payment you want to refund. We currently only
refund your payment through PayPal.
Regarding the membership fee, we are sorry we do not accept refund request. We already issued 20
free bids to you when you registered with us, with these free bids, you might have already fully understand our
service procedure. Also we provide many membership payment options when you decide to become our member. We have
confidence that our service can totally meet your business requirements.

- Why my displayed time is not my current time, why I missed all the tender closing time?
If you found your current time displayed on the top right of your home page is NOT your current time, you have to
go to your Profile Setting Page, and recheck your time zone
and summer time configuration. Change it to your correct time zone, check/uncheck summer time setting, and then
refresh the page to see if time has been displayed correctly.
If you have not made correct setting of your local timezone, the results should be:
1. You won't have correct tender closing date/time;
2. You will miss the closing date/time of all the tenders;
3. All the date/time dispaly in the communication (such as email, messaging, quesiotns etc.) will be wrong
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to set correct time, and FREIGHTEBAY IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE for any loss caused by the wrong time settings.
If you still have time displaying errors, please contact us immediately, and we will solve the issue for you.
Please remember to change summer time setting twice a year.

- Why I have never received any texting messages although my setting is correct?
We provide SMS service in order to make it easier for you to track your tender/bid status. But in order to make it fully
functional, please make sure to configue it correctly. Please check following steps before contacting us:
- Have you provided Accurate Mobile Number?
Format of your mobile number is Digit Format of countryCode+areaCode+phoneNumber.
Please use ONLY digital number here, e.g 13152312345, no other characters will be allowed;
- In order to enable accurate mobile number, we will automatically add your country code if you forgot to include it.
Which means your mobile number must be the number in your country. If you want to use another country's mobile number besides your own country, please contact us and we will set it up for you.
- Please double check if your service provider is in our
list of valid providers. We apologize currently, we won't deliver SMS message to
other providers out of this list and we won't refund it. Check the list
- Any Undelivered SMS will be refunded ONLY in case of our technical issue. Which means Undelivered SMS caused by
wrong numbers, wrong providers won't be refunded.
- If you want to contact us for refunding issue, please copy/paste your SMS report in your email. The report is available at your
Account Detail Page

- I am US user and I followed all the steps in Question 19, but I still can not receive SMS, why?
The US Carriers require explicit permission through a double opt-in. In order to receive our SMS properly, you still need
to do extra steps according to following instructions after you set up your account through our website:
- To start receiving SMS from us, please send text message "GO FREIGHT" to 70589, then
we will send a description of the service and request a confirmation, you have to confirm that text message
by replying "YES", after that you will be able to receive SMS from us.
This is only one time setting, no more action is required after that.
- To stop receiving SMS from us, simply text "STOP" to 70589
If you do not follow these steps, you still won't be able to receive SMS from us even though all the other settings
in our system are correct.

- Why I can not find out my tenders or bids? Where are they?
There are two kinds of tenders - Freight Tenders and Back Load Tenders, and three kinds of bids - Freight
Bids, Insurance Bids, Back Load Bids. In order to manage all these information, we have categorized them into
different pages as follows:

- Why do I receive similiar emails from other sites I never visited?
In order to expose our tender and directory information to most users all over the world, we have set up
a group of websites (except this one) as these:
ushipment, freighttender4, freightwinner, backload4u
All of these websites are sharing the identical information with each other. And also your tenders, bids, contacts,
links, testimonial, advertisements etc. are automatically included in all these websites once published in anyone of them.
That is why user visiting different website can send you message, and you will be redirected to their site once you clicked the link
in the email. All these websites are under the same roof. We believe in this way, you can benefit from using our service maximually.
